2. Despite how common it is, many of us feel very alone.

3. Pregnancy losses are medical events.

4. Pregnancy losses just happen.

5. Women do not get the support they need from medical professionals.

6. Pregnancy loss can lead to depression and anxiety.

7. Partners are affected, too.

8. Grieving is a process.

9. Pregnancy after loss is incredibly difficult.

10. It’s possible to find meaning.
